Poly Gel Sourcing privacy policy

Poly Gel Sourcing collects inquiry fields you submit so we can restate a procurement brief and request factory quotes. Typical fields include name, work email, phone, company, product specifications, quantity, destination and optional budget or supplier preference notes.

How data is used

Inquiry content is used to coordinate sourcing conversations with factories that may quote your written scope. We do not sell inquiry lists. Helper fields for budget and preference are merged into the requirement text at submit time and are not separate backend columns.

Retention

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to process the request and related follow-up. Production endpoint retention rules may be confirmed separately when live receipt verification is available.
